Let's talk Minecraft

I'm sure you've all heard of the game "Minecraft" who's popularity has exploded in the last year. I for one am a huge fan and cannot wait for it to be released. If you have been living under a rock and have not heard of Minecraft, I'll tell you what it is: Minecraft is a video game set in a world consisting entirely of cubes. In this game the goal is to survive and even thrive by culling metals, diamonds, and coal from the earth. You also can chop down trees and collect meat and skins from certain animals. Because everything is in cube form, one can easily mine, build, create and terraform the randomly generated unlimited world. But why should you care? Well you don't need to, but I suggest you try it. You can play the Old version at Minecraft.net for free. As for story, well there literally isn't one. You basically wake up on an island that is unpopulated by humans other than you. Once you wake up on the island? Well, your first steps should be as follows:

1. Look for trees, they're imparitive to your survival early on.
2. Once you find said trees, punch them down with your bare hands.
3. Break down your collected wood into the various parts you need for a work bench and a Pickaxe
4. Find coal. It'll keep you safe from the ghoulies
5. With your coal and some wood make torches
6. Make a safehouse before night, because you don't want to get killed, do you?

Congratulations! you now know the basics of Minecraft. I hope you will at least go to the website, you won't be dissapointed!
